The market resolves to "Yes" if any part of the U.S. federal government acquires a stake in the legal entity that primarily owns TikTok US or ByteDance before January 1, 2027. Otherwise, it resolves to "No." Readers often mistake this for requiring full nationalization or confusing state-level settlements with federal ownership.
